Morning Wrap Around Care

Note that drop-off is available from 7.30am until 8.00am and that there is a flat fee of £7:50 per child per session. A breakfast will be provided.

All children to be dropped off at the Prep minibus gates.

Afternoon Wrap Around Care 

Please indicate the session that your child will be attending each day. Remember that Prep children should be collected from the Prep minibus gate and Pre-Prep and Nursery children from the Pre-Prep reception.

Session 1 £7.50: care between the end of the core school day up until 5pm. 

Session 2 £15:  care between the end of the core school day up until 6pm.

Session 3 Children who join the afternoon care provision, either before or after a school extra-curricular club, and will be charged as above.

• ^{Parents must be familiar with the full operational arrangements for Warp Around Care provision prior to completing this booking form and must have read: Wrap Around Care (Morning & Afternoon)}
• ^{Any booking form completed by midday on the Friday preceding to the week for which care is required, will be used to calculate your bill and will be invoiced with the following terms school fees. To protect staff resourcing and administration arrangements you will be billed regardless as to whether your child actually attends the wraparound care session/s they are booked in for or not. The only exception to this rule is if a child is absent from school on a particular day because of illness.}
• ^{It is essential that we know who to expect each day and as such we are unable to accept children who are not pre-booked into wraparound care using the booking form above.}
• ^{If you wish to change a booking after submitting the form you can only do so up until Midday on Friday of the week before the booking applies by resubmitting this form. Changes after this time will be billed in full (unless your child is unwell/unable to be in school).}
• ^{Care will be charged as follows: Morning session £7.50. Afternoon Session 1 £7.50: care between the end of the core school day at 5pm.
